Psychometric Testing

  • Psychometric tests are scientifically developed, standardised and objective questionnaires, designed to measure an individual’s ability/aptitude or personality. They are typically used to assist with selection/recruitment decisions and/or to understand an individual’s career development needs.
  • Outcome Coaching assessors are accredited by the British Psychological Society and offer a range of psychometric testing services including the world leading tests of personality , career and ability, emotional intelligence and 360 feedback. Tests include Jung Type Indicator (JTI), 15FQ+( 16PF Model), Bar-On Emotional Intelligence Questionnaire and BarOn EQ360 , Emotions and Behaviours at Work (EBW), NEO-PIR, The Career Profile and Ability Tests.
